1st floor:

1. Remove terrace by dining room.
2. Replace door at dining room with windows.
3. Remove semi-walls separating the dining room with living room, so that it's one open space.
4. Remove desk from dinette area.
5. Remove sink from mudroom.
6. Replace terrace by great room with a rear deck.
7. Replace doors in great room with French doors.
8. Remove all 3 windows on great room.
9. Insert gas fireplace into great room.
10. Remove semi-walls separating great room with dinette to create one open space.
11. Switch garage door to front of house.
12. Reduce length of house by 1' on the left.
13. Reduce width of house in front by 2'.
14. Remove fireplace from living room.
15. Remove both windows that are on the sides of the fireplace in the living room and insert one or two toward the middle of the living room where the fireplace used to be.
